Apply Ethical Principals International Perspective

Question: Describe about the Apply Ethical Principals for International Perspective. Answer: Scenario 1 1 the key ethical principles that need to be considered in responding are respected younger employees, respect the relationship with her siblings or parents. Moreover, understand the present situation of employees and help her in the difficult situation by responding as the employer of the organization (Managing legal and ethical principles, 2009). 2 according to Fair Work Act 2009, there are some key pieces of legislation and legal principals are need to be considered such as the familiar people of employees should be taken as an important person, carefully observe the primary requirements of those people. 3 there are various types of WHS issues are explained in many types of research. According to the case scenario, the age of younger brother of Tily was 8 so, for some particular aspects safety issues should be measured. For example, keep him away from electronic gadgets at the workplace, provide hygienic food and water to avoid health problems. 4 according to the Clients action policy manual safety' chapter, some significant aspects need to be followed such as an office includes various types of electrical items, and the authority warns every employee to maintain safety and avoid danger. Moreover, World Health and Safety (WHS) includes fire safety that is very important in this case. 5 the actions which would be taken that are, first of all, keep the boy in a safe room which does not have any electronic device, no harming equipment. A person always observes the activity of that child and provide updates to Tily with regards (Colvin, 2014). Scenario 2 1 the key principles that need to be considered in responding are helped the clients if they face difficulty. According to the case scenario, one staff who has a car offers to drop the client at home. In the meantime, no other alternatives are available at that particular place. 2 according to case scenario, clients have to arrange their transport after the event but at midnight no other transports were available at that place. So, considering some legal principals, staff offered the client to drop home, and the in charge of the event should give permission. 3 there are no WHS issue needs to be considered because the situation was created on the roadside. On the other hand, there was no Work Health and Safety issues were isolated in that situation. A person who lives 5 km away needs transport to reach home (Colvin, 2014). 4 Clients action policy manual safety chapter is not relevant with this case scenario because it was a completely different situation where a client needs transport to reach home at midnight where no other alternative transports were available. Besides that, safety issues regarding driving are also important (Rome, Hoechstetter, Wolf-Branigin, 2010). 5 first of all, the in charge of the event should ask staff to help out the client. After that, a staff himself asked for help, but the rule was the agency does not normally transport for clients. In addition, clients need to manage own transport but according to case scenario, one staff member offers to drop the client home. The in charge should allow that staff to help the client(Skinner Rukavina, 2003). Scenario 3 1 the ethical key principles that need to be considered are the identification of those clients who secretly misuse the internet for personal entertainment. After that, give a clear warning to stop all these types of activities. Otherwise they might lose the contract. 2 there are no specific legal principles observed in this case scenario. Apart from that, in order to secure the rights of women employees, the clients should not use the internet for their personal reason. Moreover, the management should observe the activity of clients while they are using the internet. 3 Work health and Safety includes some issues which are playing a significant role in this case scenario such as cybercrime via the internet. One of the major safety issues is that ensure the reputation of female employees who might feel uncomfortable while clients sent and received highly sexual nature and naked pictures (Plaisance, 2009). 4 the Clients action policy manual social media and policy guide includes several types of policy and legislation about the social media. Moreover, according to the action policy, the clients should make the workplace uncomfortable by using the social media (Abramson, 2010). 5 there are some significant and relevant actions needs to be taken such as give a clear warning about the whole consequences. Use highly secured application which can block the websites including Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat, etc. Moreover, in order to work without any hazard, the management should follow the guidelines.
